Deep Breaths are Love Notes to your Heart

Our world feels loud, heavy, and painfully unsettled.
When everything outside of us feels chaotic, the most radical thing we can do is return home—to ourselves.

Your breath is always there, waiting to guide you back.

Let your breath connect you to the deepest parts of your being—to the beauty, truth, and love at your core.
Each deep breath is a small love note to your heart.

When you breathe slowly and consciously, you reconnect with the space where you are fully you.
A space untouched by fear, expectation, judgment, or noise.
A space that holds the truth of who you are: whole, enough, loving, and deeply loved.

This stillness is not something you have to create.
It has always been there.
You only need to allow yourself to visit it.

Let’s try this together.

Take a long, slow breath in…
And gently exhale, letting it go.

Again—inhale slowly.
Exhale softly.

Breathe as quietly and gently as you can.
The slower you breathe, the deeper you arrive.

Now begin to notice the space between your inhale and your exhale.
This pause—this silence—is stillness.
This is the space where you meet yourself.

Notice now the space between your exhale and your next inhale.
Your still point.
The present moment.
The center of who you are.

Gently lengthen the space between your inhale and exhale.
Rest here for a moment.

Now lengthen the space between your exhale and inhale.
Soften.
Surrender.
Stay here just a little longer.

And now simply watch your breath as it flows in…
And as it flows out.

Notice the warmth in your chest.
The quiet settling in your heart.

You can return to this breath anytime—no matter where you are or what the world is doing around you.
It will always guide you back to your heart.
Back to yourself.

And remember:
Deep breaths are love notes to your heart.

With love,
Lindsay
