In order to shift one's mindset you have to become aware of what you are feeling. Yoga is very important to becoming aware of one's mindset, especially a slow practice. It helps you to go inward. Once you've identified what you're feeling you can either be happy with it or want to change it. Yoga is all part of the picture to loving yourself.
