It’s #GratefulFriday

Live for the little things in life.

Live for the 5 a.m. sunrises and 5 p.m. sunsets that paint the sky with the most magnificent colors.

Live for beach walks, wind in your hair, and warm sun on your skin.

Live for the moments spent with your favorite people—those who truly get you, and remind you that the world is not always a cold or harsh place.

Live for the little things—because, in time, they become the big things. They help you see what life is really about.

Today, let’s choose gratitude—for all the small joys that bring love and light into our hearts.

To help you connect with these moments, try this Sanskrit mantra meditation:

OM VARADAYA NAMAHA (Ohm-Vara-die-ah Na-ma-ha)

This is a Ganesha mantra, a call to remove the obstacles that block gratitude. Ganesha, the chubby, gentle, wise, elephant-headed Hindu God, is the remover of obstacles—the god of beginnings.

Repeat the mantra:

3 times out loud

3 times in a whisper

Then silently to yourself, over and over.

Let its vibration move through your being. Stay in this space for 10–15 minutes.

Before stepping back into your day, take a breath. Notice:

What are the little things in your life you're grateful for?

Much love,

Lindsay
