Join Lindsay Gibson at Majestic Yoga Studio for a restorative yoga workshop rooted in support, intentional rest, and nervous system care.

This practice is designed to help you slow down, release patterns of holding, and reconnect with your breath in a way that feels accessible and sustainable. Using thoughtfully supported postures, props, and gentle guidance, we create the conditions for the body to rest—not through effort, but through support.

Rather than stretching or striving, restorative yoga invites you to experience what becomes possible when the body feels safe enough to soften.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore:

  • How support can help the body unwind habitual tension

  • The difference between holding and resting

  • The relationship between breath, awareness, and ease

This is a slow, grounding practice that meets you where you are. No prior experience is needed.

Whether you’re navigating stress, fatigue, or simply seeking space to pause, this workshop offers an opportunity to rest deeply, reconnect, and be supported—within yourself and in community.
