Prenratal Yoga with Nora

Join us for a supportive and grounding Prenatal Yoga series with Nora Stephens, designed to nurture both body and mind throughout pregnancy.

Through gentle, intentional movement, breathwork, and relaxation, this class helps to ease common discomforts, build strength and stability, and support nervous system regulation. Each session creates space to slow down, connect with your changing body, and deepen your bond with your baby.

You’ll also be held in a welcoming community of other expectant parents—because you don’t have to move through this season alone.
