Hands That Hold

“Grateful for the hands that held me and the ones I was able to hold.” – Spirit Daughter

Gratitude has a way of settling the soul. It softens the edges of stress, quiets the noise of worry, and brings me back into the grace of the present moment.

I am deeply grateful for the people who hold my hand, nurture my dreams, and make my heart dance. The ones who pour love into places I didn’t even know were empty. Who lift me up so I can shine, and who are secure enough to let their stars sparkle right alongside mine. The ones who sit with me in the shadows and wait until the sun returns. The ones who show up—without being asked—right when I need them most.

I am just as grateful for those who let me do the same for them: to hold space, to walk beside them in the dark, to lift them higher when they need light.

And I am grateful for the small, precious moments woven into each day—the kind smiles, gentle words, and quiet acts of love that remind me how extraordinary the ordinary truly is. There are countless sparks of kindness and light waiting to be noticed, if only we pause long enough to see them.

Today, I breathe them in. I hold them close.
And I give thanks.

Much love,
Lindsay
