It is #GratefulFriday
It’s #GratefulFriday
Gratitude is the doorway to wonder.
It’s easy to get swept away by the currents of worry, to lose ourselves in the noise of the world. But when we turn our attention inward—when we seek out the quiet blessings tucked into each moment—our hearts soften, our spirits lift, and we become vessels of light for those around us.
Let’s begin together, today.
Choose one of these simple practices each day this week. Watch as gratitude roots itself deeper in your life, blooming into something beautiful that touches not only you but everyone you meet.
Meditate and receive:
In the stillness of meditation, we find the river of gratitude already flowing within us.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in: gratitude.
Breathe out: love.
Let the Universe breathe with you.
Find presence by letting go:
Our lives race forward so fast, our minds cluttered with lists and longings. But the present moment is always patiently waiting.
Stand in Mountain Pose, palms at your heart. Close your eyes. Take three slow, reverent breaths.
In your own time, begin to move into Tree Pose, steady and slow, as if your spirit were growing roots into the Earth.
Hands may remain at your heart or stretch skyward like branches reaching for the sun.
Breathe here. Notice the life pulsing through you.
Switch sides, then rest in Child’s Pose. Let the Earth hold you as you breathe.
Speak your gratitude aloud:
When you feel a stirring of thanks—say it.
Speak it from your heart: “Thank you.”
Let your words be a blessing. Let them land gently in another’s heart.
Gratitude spoken becomes gratitude multiplied.
Today, and every day, give thanks for the unseen blessings already on their way to you.
They are closer than you know.
With love,
Lindsay
