Opening to Love and Happiness
When we open ourselves to love and happiness, we begin to live more fully, more vibrantly, more in tune with the deep well of joy that exists within and around us. And it all begins with the way we see ourselves—whole, radiant, lovable, intelligent, compassionate, creative, and strong. You already are all of this. You always have been.
So how do you start opening yourself to the boundless love of the Universe?
By getting still.
By listening to the quiet wisdom within.
By softening into your heart.
By trusting.
By believing.
A gratitude practice invites us into the present moment, where love already rests—within us, around us, woven into the fabric of our lives.
Take a moment right now. Close your eyes. Breathe in deeply, slowly, filling your lungs with space, expansion, and life. And as you gently release the breath, let go of any resistance. Let yourself soften.
Ask yourself: What am I grateful for in this moment?
Let gratitude rise naturally, like the warmth of the sun touching your skin. Feel it expand in your heart. Let it remind you of how deeply you are loved and how infinitely you are capable of loving. Just rest here. Breathe in this truth.
The more we open ourselves to life, the more life opens to us.
