It’s #GratefulFriday

"Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others."

— Cicero (106–43 BC)

Gratitude is the foundation from which all virtues arise. Without it, happiness feels fleeting, hope fades, justice lacks heart, and beauty loses its depth. But with gratitude, everything becomes more vibrant, more whole, more infused with meaning.

Gratitude is not just a thought—it is a state of being, a way of seeing. It is the quiet knowing that goodness exists all around us, even in the simplest of moments. When we awaken gratitude in our hearts, we shift—not just our perspective, but our energy, our presence, our way of moving through the world. Nothing around us has to change; we change. And in that change, life opens.

Let’s take a moment now to soften into gratitude, to feel its warmth rise within us. Breathe in deeply and silently repeat the Sanskrit mantra:

Ananda Hum (ah-nahn-dah hum) — I am bliss.

With each inhale, gladden your heart. With each exhale, surrender into expansion. Feel the energy of gratitude lifting you, expanding you, opening you to the infinite dance of life.

Today, may you see the wonders within and around you. May gratitude fill your heart, not as something you practice, but as something you are.

With love and appreciation,

Lindsay
