It's #GratefulFriday

When your heart is heavy or constricted, try to find gratitude in the little things, the little moments. You don't have to be grateful for everything because you can't be grateful for everything that you are given. Instead, you can be grateful in every moment, every breath, every glitter of sunshine, every drop of rain.

Think of one thing that warms and fills your heart. Feel your heart as it warms up and fills up. And ever so gently, breathe into it for a few breaths. And then notice how you feel.

Part of practicing gratitude is learning to pause and be present in how and what you are feeling. The more you practice this, the more you will find your heart filling and opening and your mindset shifting.
