My Cup Runneth Over
On the small daily practice of noticing what's already full.

It’s #gratefulfriday 💜
Every day I try to live from a space of gratitude. And the more I live here, the fuller my life becomes. As my Scottish mother used to say, “My cup runneth over.”
I’m grateful for the small things and the big things — the silver linings, the precious moments, and the lessons that stretched me and helped me grow.
Gratitude has a way of multiplying itself. The more I notice the goodness, the more goodness I seem to find. Because energy flows where our attention goes. ✨
Even when things are hard, there is almost always a thread of light to follow — a lesson, a softening, or something meaningful waiting to be seen.
Yesterday I was struggling with something, and a dear friend lifted my spirits without even trying. She didn’t try to fix it. She just stayed with me until the weight felt lighter. I’m so grateful for her. 💜
My mother would have understood that kind of friendship — the quiet, steady kind that fills your cup without a word. She’d have said it was grace.
Who are you grateful for today?
xx,
Lindsay 🥰
