Moving Through Grief
Grief is a difficult path, but it can be navigated with compassion, support, and intentional self-care. This five-week series invites participants to explore the experience of grief and to move through it—rather than past it—by engaging mind, body, and spirit.
Whether your grief is connected to a recent loss or a more distant one, Moving Through Grief offers a combination of gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, music, experiential activities, and facilitated discussion. The series is designed as a progression, creating space for therapeutic integration of the grief experience and opening the possibility for healing.
Grief takes many forms: the death of a loved one, the loss of a beloved pet, divorce or separation, job transition, infertility, or pregnancy loss. Whatever your story, you are welcome here.
This is not a drop-in program. Participants are asked to commit to the full five-week series in order to benefit from the beginning, middle, and closing of this shared journey.
