Gratitude is a deep feeling of appreciation for what we have, beyond any monetary value. It's a warmth that bubbles up spontaneously in our hearts—a joy, thankfulness, and happiness that feels pure and expansive.

But gratitude isn't just a fleeting emotion; it's a practice we can cultivate. Every morning, before I even get out of bed, I spend a few moments asking myself, "What am I grateful for?" I don't rush to answer—I simply let the answers come to me. This gentle ritual not only allows me to start my day surrounded by the flow of gratitude, but it also helps me connect to my heart. It’s a moment to pause, let go of stress, and reset—guiding me back on track when life feels overwhelming.

Practicing gratitude helps me shift my mindset, opening my eyes to the magic in each moment. When we begin to look for magic in our lives, we start to see it everywhere—even in the smallest, most unexpected places.
