It is #GratefulFriday
It's #gratefulfriday
Even on the darkest of days, there is always something to be grateful for. Everyday gives us the chance to start a new and in each moment, there are many things that we can be grateful for. The universe opens to us when we live in a space of gratitude. Gratitude has a domino effect. When we are appreciative and express that gratitude, the universe shines a little brighter and showers us with even more blessings.
There is always something to be grateful for, even when life is challenging. When times are difficult, whether we are in a dark place or facing endless worries and stresses, it can be difficult to take the time to feel grateful. Yet, these are the moments when gratitude can be most important. If we can look at our lives during periods of challenge and find something to be grateful for, then we can instantaneously change our view of the day and the world around us. There are blessings to be found everywhere. When we are focusing on our struggles, the little wonders in our life can be easily missed. Instead, if we can appreciate what we already have, we notice that we have so much more than we had realized.
When we practice gratitude, we notice that each breath is one of life’s gifts, and the sun is one of nature’s wonders. And life isn’t so dark. We can learn more easily learn from life’s difficulties and find he light on even the darkest of days. A smile becomes a treasure, and a cup of coffee is something to be savored and enjoyed. When we practice gratitude, little by little we embody gratitude. It emanates from us, touching others in our life. And we open ourselves up to the magic of the Universe.
Stop. Pause. And breathe in all the things that you make you grateful for this life.
Much Love,
Lindsay
