#GratefulFriday
It’s #GratefulFriday
When your heart feels heavy or constricted, try finding gratitude in the little things—the quiet moments. You don’t have to be grateful for everything, because the truth is we can’t be grateful for everything we’re given.
Instead, we can practice gratitude within each moment: every breath, every glimmer of sunshine, every drop of rain.
Take a moment to think of one thing that warms and fills your heart. Notice how your heart feels as it softens and opens. Gently breathe into that feeling for a few breaths, and then simply notice how you feel.
Part of practicing gratitude is learning to pause and be present with what’s here—without judgment. The more we practice this, the more we may notice our hearts filling, opening, and our perspective gently shifting.
What makes your heart sing?
Closing Reflection
Gratitude isn’t a demand we place on ourselves.
It’s an invitation—a quiet listening for what’s already alive and true.
Some days the song is soft.
Some days it’s barely a hum.
And some days, simply noticing the breath is enough.
Wherever you are today, may you meet yourself with gentleness.
With love,
Lindsay
