🌿 Grateful Friday: The Heart of Gratitude 🌿

Gratitude isn’t just an emotion — it’s a practice, a choice, a way of seeing the world. No matter what’s happening around us, gratitude is always available. When we choose it, we shift from darkness to light, from chaos to calm, from scarcity to abundance.
This week, I invite you to try a simple gratitude meditation using the mantra:
 Kritajna Hum (krit-ah-nah hum) — I am gratitude. My true self is always grateful. I am connected with everything in the universe.
Repeat it aloud three times, whisper it three times, then let it echo silently within. Stay with it for a few moments — or longer if it feels right. Notice how your energy softens and your heart opens.
Gratitude is a quiet light. It connects us to the joy that’s been there all along — waiting to be seen. 🌸
