It’s #GratefulFriday: 11/8

Even in difficult times, a grateful heart can be a beacon of light. Each morning, I begin my day with a Gratitude Practice, gently asking myself, 'What am I grateful for today?' Sometimes the answers come easily, and other times, I simply allow the quiet to guide me. Often, I find myself grateful for life’s lessons—the experiences that help me heal, grow, and step closer to wholeness. I allow this gratitude to fill my heart, feeling it expand within me, and I linger in this space for a little while.

Next, I ask, 'Who am I grateful for?' Again, I let the answers arise naturally, without force, appreciating small moments and simple pleasures. These little sparks of gratitude warm my heart, sending waves of appreciation throughout my being.

This daily practice of gratitude has carried me through some of my darkest days, showing me beauty in the small things and helping me open my heart even when it feels closed off. Try it each morning for a week and notice how it feels. You may just discover a new layer of peace, connection, or even joy in unexpected places.

And if you feel moved, tag someone you’re grateful for and let them know.

With all my love,
Lindsay
