Meditation has the power to heal your heart and to help you bring more gratitude and joy into your life. By focusing on a mantra you can pause, turn inward, and connect to your heart. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let's try this mantra meditation right now. Take a long, slow, deep breath in and gently let it go. As you inhale feel your body beginning to settle in. As you exhale feel your mind beginning to calm down. As you inhale, visualize your breath as a gift from the universe. As you exhale, feel your breath as a thank you to the universe. Try to allow the mantra to be just like the notes of music. Let your breath and the notes of the song become one. Feel the mantra, the vibration of the notes to fill your heart up. Stay here for 15 - 20 minutes. When you are done pause, bring your hands to your heart, and take a moment to feel the gratitude in your heart. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
