Scientific research shows that a daily gratitude practice of 20 seconds increases happiness, reduces anxiety and stress, boots our immune systems, reduces illness, and makes us more resilient. Who doesn't want more of this!
Try spending one minute a day asking yourself "What am I grateful for"? "And who am I grateful for"? You can journal on these questions or sit with your eyes closed and let the answers flow.
