What little things in your life are you grateful for? Some of the little things that help me start my day with gratitude are - sipping a cup of coffee; meditating; running; enjoying a bowl of yoghurt and fresh fruit; pausing and taking in the quiet of the morning; thinking of time spent with a loved one........and then of course later in the day what helps me connect to gratitude in my heart is to have a piece (or two) of my favorite chocolate; the lessons I have learned throughout the day.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
