It’s #GratefulFriday

I try to live from a place of gratitude—and when I do, life feels lighter, fuller, kinder.

Each morning before I meditate, I ask myself:

What am I grateful for?

Who am I grateful for?

Sometimes it’s something small: birds singing outside my window, time spent with my goddaughter, or a quiet moment of peace. Sometimes it’s the people who’ve shaped me—or the lessons that challenged me to grow.

Even on hard days, there’s always something to be thankful for, even if it's just the space to ask the question. I try to let gratitude live in my heart and guide my attention through the day.

Because when you focus on the goodness in life, the goodness gets better.

Energy flows where attention goes.
