It is #GratefulFriday
It's #GratefulFriday
Every morning start my day with a Gratitude practice. Begin your practice by asking yourself "What are I grateful for?" Don't force the answers. Sometimes the answers may flow easily, other times the answers to may come to you throughout the day. What are you grateful for? Perhaps you are grateful for life's lessons that help you to heal, grow, and become more and more whole. Or maybe you are grateful for a new day. Allow yourself to feel and be thankful for the small moments, the simple pleasures in life. Just feel the gratitude bubble up in your heart. Breath into this space for a little bit.
And then ask yourself "Who am I grateful for?" Don't force the answers. Just allow them to flow. Feel the gratitude fill up your heart and flow throughout your whole being. By feeling gratitude instead of just thinking it. it creates a greater internal shift. And when you feel gratitude for someone, it connects your heart to theirs.
A daily gratitude practice can help you yo move from a place of chaos to a place of calm. It can help you to get through dark and challenging times, to find beauty in small things, and to soften your heart when it is closed off.
Much Love,⠀
