Gratitude is a song of the heart. It is is an innate emotion that rests in the depths of your heart. It warms the heart just as notes of a song can. It fills the heart, but not to breaking it open.
Gratitude unlocks the wonders of the life. It turns what you have into enough.
Let's try this meditation to awaken the gratitude in your heart. Find a comfortable seat and begin to follow your breath in and out. And now inhale Love, exhale Gratitude. Continue to inhale Love, exhale Gratitude. Feel the warmth in your heart bubbling up. Stay here for 15 - 20 minutes. When you are done, feel the calmness inside, the quiet joy.
