It's #GratefulFriday
Who are the people you are grateful for? The people who are there when you stumble, helping you stand back up, and pushing you back in. The people who see the light in you, when you only see the darkness. The people who see you, even when you don't see yourself. The people who love you for just being you. They are your greatness, your best version. They celebrate your magnificence. They love every part of you. They are your heart.
Take some time to pause and find gratitude for the special people in your life. To find the joy you have had in these pure moments of friendship, to take the time to immerse yourself in gratitude for the gift of these deep friendships.
Let's meditate using the Sanskrit mantra "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu," which means may all beings everywhere be happy and free. You can chant or silently repeat this mantra as a prayer for your loved ones, your community, and the entire world, including yourself. Let's try it now. Begin to follow your breath in and out, breathing naturally. Breathing gently and slowly. Being with your breath. When you are ready chant "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu" three times or throughout your meditation. And then repeat it silently to yourself. Stay here for 15 - 20 minutes.
When you are finished, feel the fullness and warmth bubbling up in your heart. Spend a few moments in this space of gratitude and love.
Much Love,
Lindsay
