Invitation to Enlightenment:
A 30-day At Home Meditation
Your Guide: Lindsay Gibson

I am so happy to be your guide during this unique meditation experience. The meditations reflect my many years of helping my students discover the peace and joys inherent in meditation and my own experiences as a meditator. As such, each meditation is a tiny act of love. Every day you will receive an email in your inbox a morning and an evening meditation. Consider these meditations an essential survival tool in your Covid-19 toolbox. I consulted a local psychologist and asked her to help me come up with guidelines that would empower you on your meditation journey. She sprinkled kindness and wisdom onto me and you.

-Invitation to Enlightenment is available starting October 4th. Start it when it is convenient for you.

-Every morning you will receive an email with a morning and evening meditation.

-The morning meditations will be 10 - 30 minutes – a perfect amount of time to transition from slumber to activity. You can choose the length that works for your day.

-The evening meditation will be 20 – 30 minutes. You will be able to choose the just right amount of time to meditate to end your day.

-These meditations are yours. You will be able to access them through your member site on our website long after the program has finished.

I invite you to approach meditation – now and always – with hope in your heart, courage in your soul, and strength in your mind. Please know: meditation works best if you believe it will help you. So – believe.

The beauty of yoga is that there is something for everyone. This Foundations series, conducted in a small group, is designed for students new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners who want to refine their technique and refresh their understanding of the fundamentals. Through mindful work and attention to breath, students will learn proper alignment in basic postures. Students will build strength, flexibility, and balance, and awareness in a safe and supportive environment. Registration is required.
