Workshop Description

Join me on this special Journey exploring Your Body and Self-Love - a 3-week online course. When you connect to your body, you connect to your heart. Most of us block getting to our hearts because of negative self body image and negative self talk. In this course we will explore Body Image and how to build a positive one. I will be sharing tools and techniques that I have been teaching to my private clients for 30 years.

Through journaling we will explore body image and how to build a positive one. I will guide you through meditations to build body awareness, to help increase positive body image and self love, and to connect you to your heart. In addition, I will guide you through yoga practices to help connect you kinesthetically to your body. This connecting to your body will turn you inward and connect you to your heart and help you find that place of self-love. In addition, I will share some of my favorite recipes to help guide you inward.

This course will be held online in a private Facebook group (if you are not on Facebook, you can still participate!) Every day a journal prompt will be posted in the private Facebook group. In addition, an email will be sent out with the journal prompts. There will be 3 live classes, 3 meditations, and 3 yoga practices. These can be accessed in the private Facebook Group or in a private membership site.

You can work through these jounaling questions at your own pace. You will have access to them forever. At the end of the course you will receive a book of the journaling prompts. These will be wonderful tools in your kit to go back to when you need some guidance to connect you to your body, turn back inward, into your heart, and self-love.

Lindsay GibsonLindsay Gibson

Lindsay Gibson, founder and owner of Majestic Yoga Studio has been a devoted student and teacher of yoga for over 25 years. Her unique and skillful approach to teaching and practice is multidimensional, delicately and carefully weaving together a deep knowledge of human anatomy and an essential application of the mind-body connection. Lindsay began her studies in Iyengar Yoga with Karin Stephan and continues to study with Zoe Stewart. Her other teachers include Tias and Surya Little, Barbara Benagh, Desiree Rumbaugh, and Deb Neubauer, and Majestic Yoga Studio students and teachers. Through her warmth and compassion, Lindsay, a true 'teacher's teacher', guides her students to a deeper level of understanding and skill acquisition.
