Workshop Description

You are invited to join me on an inward journey designed to help you embrace your strengths and honor your vulnerabilities. The journey will be, at times, challenging. However, as the course progresses, you will come to better understand and appreciate your unique self, you will feel a continual sense of liberation and personal joy.

Let me share with you now a bit about this magical course. It is called Connecting to Your Heart: A Path Inward and will be broken into 7 clearly delineated modules. Each week we will study various paths inward and explore in depth tools that can help guide the curious student back to the heart. We will learn mindfulness training, meditation, yoga, diet and spirituality, and the awesome power of journaling. My approach to each of these subjects grew out of 30 years of dedicated personal practice and the teaching of hundreds of students. Participants will, thus,learn a rare and unique way of reaching inward and celebrating the self.

This course is 100% online so you can take the course from anywhere, anytime, experiencing the intimacy and energy of the live event from the comfort of your own home.

Students will have lifetime access to the course, so you can return to the material at anytime and learn at your own pace. In addition, new content is added regularly so it is always fresh.

You can join an amazing and inspiring of other like-minded students in a closed and private Facebook group - "Connecting to Your Heart: A Path Inward". In this closed group students will be able to share their thoughts and aspirations, ask questions, receive feedback, and provide support to one another on this path inward. I, too, will be available to answer questions, offer guidance, insight, support, and sparkle a dusting of joy over all students.
